Theatre: Jack Rugby in Merry Wives - the Musical (Royal Shakespeare Company, with Judi Dench); the Soldier in Sunday in the Park with George (West End, five Olivier Awards including 'Outstanding Musical Production'); Fred Noonan in Take Flight (creation of role, Menier Chocolate Factory); Gentleman Starkey in Peter Pan (Birmingham Rep); Coley in The 24-Hour Plays (Old Vic); Leo Frank in Parade (UK Premiere, Edinburgh Fringe); Caiaphas in Jesus Christ Superstar (European Tour); Sweeney in Sweeney Todd (Royal Academy of Music). Other theatre includes: Nelson (Soho Theatre); Our Miss Gibbs (Finborough Theatre); This Is My World, Willy and Rupert (Bridewell Theatre); Fanny (Sadler's Wells); Twelfth Night, Macbeth (Boomsbury Theatre). TV includes: The Big Read, Extreme Theatre, Our Big World. Recordings include: Merry Wives - the Musical, Take Flight and Sunday in the Park with George (on which Christopher sings a previously unrecorded song by Stephen Sondheim). Christopher trained on the Actor/Singer course at the Royal Academy of Music where he won the Ronald William White Prize for Excellence in Acting through Song. He has a degree in English from UCL. |
